Corporate Tax Registration in UAE
Service Description
Who Needs to Register for Corporate Tax in the UAE? 1. UAE-Based Legal Entities: This includes private and public joint stock companies, limited liability companies (LLCs), and other entities established or recognized under UAE law. Free Zone companies are also required to register. 2. Foreign Legal Entities: Companies incorporated outside the UAE but managed and controlled within the UAE must register for corporate tax. 3. Individuals (Natural Persons): Individuals conducting business activities in the UAE, as outlined by a Cabinet Decision under Article 11(6), are required to register. 4. Non-Resident Entities: Businesses with a permanent establishment in the UAE or those earning UAE-sourced income within the scope of corporate tax must also comply with registration. Registration Timeframe and Penalty: Businesses must register for corporate tax within 3 months of their trade license issuance. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of AED 10,000 for late registration. Our service assists businesses in ensuring timely and smooth corporate tax registration, helping avoid penalties and ensuring full compliance with UAE tax laws.
